Reclaim, Remake, Reveal is a pilot creative upcycling project delivered as a three- session workshop series for Blyth residents aged 16+. Participants will transform unwanted garments into bold wearable artworks using accessible textile techniques including embellishment, appliqué, fabric manipulation and surface design.<o:p> </o:p>Session 1. - Wednesday 30th September. 12.30 - 2.30pm.<o:p></o:p>Session 2 - Wednesday 7th October. 12.30 - 2.30pm.<o:p></o:p>Session 3 - Wednesday 14th October. 12.30 - 2.30pm.<o:p></o:p><o:p> </o:p>Participants must be able to commit to all three sessions.<o:p></o:p> How Do I Book?Please sign up by booking a space on the Wednesday 30th September date below. We will then forward your details to Make, Do & Mind who will contact you directly.<o:p> </o:p>The project will focus on hands-on creative making, confidence-building and sustainable fashion practice. It is designed to be welcoming to people with no previous creative experience and will particularly encourage participation from individuals who may not typically engage in arts activity. The workshops will take place at Market Pavilion, using the same space each week to create consistency and accessibility for participants.The pilot will conclude with a small informal showcase, celebrating participant outcomes through display, photography or a simple styled presentation. Reclaim, Remake, Reveal is delivered through Make, Do & Mind, the creative workshops and wellbeing arm of Wild Fox Creative, run by Creative practitioner Melanie Fox.
